Returns

We want you to love your Marrakelle pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

Return window

You may return unworn items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, pieces must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

How to return

Email info@marrakelle.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send you clear instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Would you like a different size or colour? Let us know and we’ll do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Please note

For hygiene reasons, and because each piece is handmade, we are unable to accept returns on final-sale or customised items. Handcrafted garments may show small natural variations — these are part of their character, not defects.
